This is with reference to Irfan Hussain’s Pak should not be in denial over 7/7 (AA 28 July). If the writer had expanded the canvas of the psyche of Muslim diaspora to encompass their groups in a number of western countries and not only the UK, it would have made an excellent study for the scientists in the branches of sociology and psychology. There is more to the Muslim psyche than just the liberalism of British democratic system. I do not think most Muslims have emigrated to UK or the western countries just for the love of British democracy. The real discussion has to be about the basics of Islamic concept of it being the last religion brought by the last of the Prophets on earth.
